Bakery Industry in Russia in the future of modern environmental regulation
Annotation
Currently in Russia to solve the problems associated with the negative impact of industry on the environment, it is planned to introduce a new system of environmental regulation, based on the application of best available technology (BAT). In this paper, based on the statistical analysis revealed trends in the baking industry of Russia and the extent of its impact on the environment. These results suggest that the industry, based on an assessment of its impact on the environment is not a priority in the implementation of a new system of environmental regulation in the Russian Federation on the basis of BAT.
