Influence of organizational culture on production efficiency
Annotation
In article problems of an assessment of production efficiency and level of satisfaction of work are considered. Authors consider influence of organizational culture on one of production efficiency indicators — labor productivity and offer the possible directions of use of instruments of organizational culture for increase of this indicator. Also in article there is a speech about other indicators of labor efficiency. Process of labor adaptation is rather in detail analyzed. It role and methods of impact on it are described also. Authors pay much attention to culture of production as parts of the general organizational culture and give the description of its characteristics. Also authors defends the thesis that in modern russian business the insufficient attention is paid to culture of production as to a factor raising efficiency of production, and this state of affairs leads to decrease in an indicator of labor productivity of rather possible maximum
