Justification methodical approach to create complex models between the cost of housing in the city on various factors
Annotation
Improving the quality of life of citizens of the Russian Federation , including provision of affordable housing is one of the main goals of the state. Justify a new methodological approach to build complex models between the cost of housing in the city on various factors. The method of analysis of variance demonstrated a significant difference between the mean value of 1sq m of housing in the various administrative districts of Moscow. Consequently, the need to build complex models separately for each administrative district of Moscow .
