Entrepreneurial Activities of Russian Investment Funds under the Global Financial Crisis Conditions
Annotation
The global financial crisis particularly affected the investment markets in Russia and other countries. In the paper the current position of the collective investment funds is examined. The paper is devoted to the investigation of different types of the investment funds such as exchange traded funds, unit investment funds, credit funds, bank-managed mutual funds. The authors explore the following well-known collective investors’ financial instruments: sub-federal bonds, corporate bonds with high credit rating, mortgage bonds,exchange traded notes.The authors disclosed institutional changes carried out in the investment funds activities, aimed at stimulation of investment activity in the country.
