Large city as a key actor of evolutional modernization of russian economy
Annotation
The article discusses the factors important for the modernization of the progressive development of modern Russia. Theoretical studies in the field of upgrading are not only to identify the factors of modernization, which attributed technological structure and methods of implementation . Besides technological structure and methods of the author considers the influence of a large city . The article uses a wide range of comparative analysis of practices of countries with catch-up development that is evidence- base supporting the legitimacy of the findings presented concept . The article discusses the experience of China , the method of accelerating modernization and diversification that was used South Korea, Taiwan , Singapore, Malaysia , Thailand , Philippines. In the foreign trade of these countries, the most fully represented customs statistics on trade in parts and components in mechanical engineering and vehicle manufacturing . But in these branches of international industrial cooperation reached its greatest development.
