Economic efficiency of introduction of innovative methods for producing pharmaceutical products
Annotation
This article describes economic potential of implementation of radiation sterilization method of raw materials for production of pharmaceutical products of herbal origin. In this article we discuss the advantages of this method over traditional ones used in pharmaceutical industry. We review the main problems of innovative methods implementation in medicinal herb raw materials production along with certain aspects of the medicinal herb raw materials market. We also consider the economic advantages of radiological decontamination and opportunity of its use in pharmaceutical production including temperature-sensitive substances. We review the possibilities of use and reorientation of existing sterilization centers for pharmaceutical industry needs
