Principles of construction effective indexes for state administration in social sphere
Annotation
Analysis of efficiency of the state management is one of the most topical issues both in theory and in practice. For the further development of socially-oriented state in Russia is becoming increasingly important in the study of theoretical and methodological problems of definition of the social effectiveness. The author gives a review of modern approaches to the category of «social efficiency», offers refined its definition, reveals typological approaches to the calculation of its parameters. The author's conclusions is supported by specific examples from the practice activity of bodies of state power in Russia.
