Attributive sign high-tech enterprises
Annotation
High-tech enterprises are discussed like a special type of enterprises with certain attributive signs. The authors identified five major and three additional groups of such signs , including: the need for research and development throughout the life cycle of the enterprise , a large proportion of highly skilled workers in total employment in the enterprise, the high proportion of intellectual property, the availability of high-precision technology and technological innovations , the availability of innovative products and others. It is shown that an important element in the functioning of high-tech companies is the high share of the intellectual component, in particular the presence of intellectual property. Approaches to the evaluation of the innovation potential of the enterprise features and evaluation of innovative capacity of high-tech enterprises are showed. Set out the mechanism for selecting the forms of commercialization of intellectual property. The formula to calculate the expected amount of profit from the sale of high-tech products of own production, which is based on the use of intellectual property is showed and the formula for calculating the amount of remuneration from the sale of a license is showed too.
