Optimal choice structures in problems of pertinent management of outer space systems
Annotation
The article considers the problems of pertinent management of outer space systems and related optimal choice issues. The flexible strategies approach is proposed and control principles underlying it are analyzed. Principal indicators of functional quality of outer space systems are described.
