Organizational - managerial aspects of the preparation and training of special units
Annotation
A characteristic feature of modern society is the increased attention to the education system of . This also applies to schools of law enforcement, where the training of employees. Implementation of the principle of compulsory improve qualifications not rarely met with resistance at all levels yn governance. Scientists recommend professionals improve their knowledge in the field of jurisprudence every 2.5 years. Comparison of program m training shows that mandatorily row should be studied history of law enforcement, management theory as well as practical application of methods control methods. In this paper we discuss the most general aspects of organizational training and development specialist police units. The author's look at the features of the theory and methods of training of police officers, enabling increase their motivation and professional interest.
