Criteria of economic security and higher education: theory and practice
Annotation
Object of research. In article approach to definition of criteria and influence of each criterion on economic security of the higher education is considered: ● qualitative and proliferation of economy; ● level and quality of life of the population; ● level of innovative and investment activity; ● extent of providing with the food, ● degree of stability of a financial system; ● differentiation of subjects of the Russian Federation; ● scales of criminalization of economy". Main results. Based on criteria of system of economic security in general, authors allocate the main of them, define their importance, suggest to consider current state of economy; nature of the high-quality changes in branch and regional aspects happening in it; degree of innovative activity in each branch and each region; extent of staffing of the corresponding qualification of requirements of social and economic development at the appropriate hierarchical level and also to estimate needs for shots for that structure of economy which is formed taking into account its quantitative, high-quality and innovative growth, to define the costs of the higher education necessary for ensuring functioning of economy according to this trajectory.
