Assessment of priority private areas the activities of the regional authorities in the social sector

Annotation

Efficiency of activity of Executive authorities in the social sector can be significantly improved by the correct alignment of priorities of regional development. The authors show that estimates of priority are part of a three-dimensional structure, characteristic of indicators of social development of the region. The devel-opment of measures on development of social sphere of any region faced with complex structure in indicators of social development. Public authorities need to have information as to the actual state of Affairs in a particular aspect (need to have reliable information at least several tens of indexes), but also races-putting and evaluation criteria for each indicator and the calculation of the assessments themselves. The article deals with methodological approaches to assessing the priority of specific areas of social development of the region In the practice of public administration, there is inevitably Pro-problem: which areas resources should be first and which second and subsequent. The problem can be solved by constructing indicators of priority, in this case faced with two essentially different aspects. The question about the social effectiveness of activity of public authorities should be considered an important area of scientific research and development.
