Prospects of development and the analysis of a system effectiveness plastic cards in Russia
Annotation
Modern electronic instruments for payments are gaining recognition and popularity all over the world. With the development of communication the Internet permeates all corners of the globe, offering the user various electronic services, including financial. The growth rate of the turnover of payments through electronic tools is constantly growing.The article has the nature of the proposal for a constructive review of the material, as it examines and proposes some approaches and practical recommendations for tackling complex economic tasks on the basis of experience introduction of automated methods of calculation of efficiency of Bank operations with plastic cards. Including made a rough forecast of developments on the payment market. In order to answer these questions, it is necessary to correctly identify and account for all key direct and indirect financial results of SEC. The calculations of economic efficiency must be reduced to the uniform parameters that allow a single system of measures to evaluate existing and developing system of plastic cards in the diversity of cash flows within the Bank and outside it. SPC is a system of systems, because it fully depends on the state and prospects of development of monetary markets and places the Bank in these markets.
