Mechanism of management development of potential of the industrial enterprise to ensure the sustainability of its functioning
Annotation
The paper presents the results of our studies on the problems of potential of an industrial enterprise management. The authors precised the concept of building an industrial enterprise, and the characteristic of the known methods of evaluation. The mechanism - the technology and methods to assess the potential of an industrial enterprise, which allows to assess the current and future levels and on the basis of contradictions, to determine directions development potential. Therefore, the critical analysis is made of the most common methods to assess. The most interesting are structural evaluation methods, because they allow to take into account features of the object. Research carried out on the basis of small industrial enterprises. For small Industrial enterprises defined a set of indicators to assess the potential of structural, functional and product aspects and the algorithm of its estimation. The focus of the work is done on the rationale for the development of the potential of small industrial enterprise to improve its stability in modern conditions. At the same time, the authors precised the concept of sustainable development of enterprises. The purpose of this article is to present the results of our studies on the definition mechanisms of management development of potential of the industrial enterprise to ensure the sustainability of its operation in the current volatile environment. Methodology of research is based on the scientific work of Russian and foreign scientists in the field of economics and management of enterprises, government regulation. We used the methods of analysis and synthesis, systematic and strategic analysis, and statistical methods and expert methods.
