Levels of theoretical research of human capital management
Annotation
In modern conditions the transfer of Russian economy to the innovative way of development is particularly relevant in the use of development of the human capital theory. Special attention is paid to the refinement of the characteristics included in the concept of «human capital». The article also discusses the theoretical aspects of human capital management, which in General is a creation of favourable conditions for the formation, development, and human capital accumulation, with its subsequent use in the economy to achieve the results of innovative development. More in detail the system of management of the national human capital, specified the main system components, such as object and subject, goals and objectives, the mechanisms and methods, tools. Given the specific features of investment in human capital. It is concluded that the issues of human capital management has not been sufficiently and require further investigation.
