Analytical decision of the equations heat-conducting for abrasive processing food cheese
Annotation
The paper presents a mathematical description of the thermal process in primary treatment of food raw material in the purification step. The resulting analytical solution can be offered for engineering calculations, process heat influence on food raw material for reprocessing.
