Technological processes of food manufactures are multifactorial objects of management. Development of multichannel control systems is necessary for management of such objects. They should provide an opportunity of entering of managing influences both «on indignation», and «on a deviation» parameters of process. Thus, the study of the properties of objects is required. To solve such problem computer modelling processes which in the accessible and evident form gives an opportunity to carry out researches helps, not breaking a production cycle of the enterprise.
