Methods implementation of enterepreneurial projects through public-private pertnership
Annotation
This article describes the methods of interaction between government and the business sector in the development and implementation of socially important objects, analyzed the experience of foreign countries. Describe organizational relations formation of public-private partnerships in various necessary and popular fields: health, road construction and housing and communal services. The advantages of public-private partnerships for both the public sector and for the business, examples and conditions of this interaction. The aims of cooperation of state institutions and the private sector, the advantages and disadvantages of this cooperation, the overall benefits. Activities of public infrastructure supports the organization of market infrastructure to support entrepreneurship and the state, which is formed and operates on the basis of market relations and complements government efforts to create an enabling environment for the development of enterprise structures. We describe a strategy to promote and develop socially significant structures. Considered the risks of PPPs from the perspective of business organizations state that in the current economic situation is particularly relevant.
