Formation of quality indicators of a ready product in a stream is one of the primary goals solved with application of automated control systems. In the food-processing industry at system engineering management by difficult complexes it is necessary to take into account their hardware - technological features. To such features absence of an opportunity of application of managing influences at a final stage of process, presence of restrictions on their use, an opportunity of the organization of parallel-serial work of channels of management can be referred. Authors analyze questions of application of multichannel control systems in view of available features.
