Currently a choice of directions to improve techniques for the processing of agricultural raw materials doesn`t have sufficient scientific methodology. This is also related to the lack of methodology of formalized representation of verbal descriptions of the modeling object analogues. The author shows the possibility of using graphic-combinatorial modeling of the structural features of hardware registration on the example of apparatus for milk pasteurization.
